Recent Project: Roll Turner Systems
These roll turner systems automatically turn wrapped paper towels 90 degrees. They turn single, double or triple packs at 150 packs per minute. One customer had experienced multiple bearing failures with a competitor's low profile conveyors. We used rugged Dorner 3200 conveyors on stiff Flexlink aluminum frames for this multiple system order. They replace bump turns and air blasts to save huge amounts of compressed air.
